Our apartments are wonderfully comfortable to live in and have lots of little amenities that make your vacation what it should be, relaxation!! These include, among other things, the direct proximity to the ski area / village center (approx. 200 m), to the cross-country ski run / hiking trails (50 m), sauna towels (daily change), automatic towel change (every 3-4 days), the bread roll service with fresh bread* and pastries every day for your breakfast, free Wi-Fi throughout the house, plenty of parking spaces directly at the house, as well as the possibility of charging your vehicle on the in-house 11 KW wallbox*, your own sauna, altitude training through cell optimization, as well as the sunny, south- and west-facing balconies all year round Terraces. You can either prepare your own dinner in your apartment or visit one of the many restaurants in Obergurgl.

Enjoy your home-cooked dinner in your apartment, or visit one of the many restaurants in Obergurgl or Sölden with many culinary delicacies from Tyrol and the Ötztal	Use our free parking spaces directly at the house and the electric charging station* for your vehicle and not, as is often the case, in far away paid parking garages

From summer 2023, our house will also have a hypoxia training system that can be used for altitude training and cell optimization.
